At Made2Clean, the end of lease clean covers kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas. In addition, it also includes cupboards, benches, sinks, tiles, mirrors, windows, blinds, skirting boards, light fittings, and the oven, cooktop and range hood. We work on your agent's checklist, so send it when you book. Carpet steam cleaning, grout cleaning, lawn mowing and rubbish removal can also be added to the same booking.
Yes, we steam clean carpets at your property using hot water extraction, so nothing needs to be moved off site. Carpets are damp after cleaning and usually dry within several hours, depending on the carpet type, ventilation and weather. We will give you an estimate on the day.
Yes, our builders' cleaning removes dust, debris and construction marks from floors, windows, kitchens, bathrooms and fixtures so the property is ready for handover or inspection. We can also remove leftover rubbish, just tell us the size of the property and how far along the build is, and we will quote.
We cannot take hazardous or regulated waste, including asbestos, chemicals, paint, fuel, gas bottles, batteries and medical or clinical waste. Send photos with your rubbish removal request and we will confirm you before the booking.
The price depends on the service, property type, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, whether the property is furnished, whether you want carpet cleaning, and any add-ons such as lawn mowing or rubbish removal. Note that, we offer free quotes, with no obligation and no hidden charges.
Yes, we are open all seven days. So, there is no need to panic even if your lease is ending on the weekends. Made2Clean has your back.
